Mental health crisis support

You do not have to navigate a crisis alone

Crisis services are available whether you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, intense emotional distress, a substance-related crisis, or concern about someone you know.

Immediate danger or medical emergency

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department when there is an immediate risk of harm, a suicide attempt is in progress, an overdose may have occurred, or urgent medical attention is needed.
